This is how you proceed:
In order to exchange digital documents in a safe and very fast manner, you first need to create/register a free account for your company on the CargoX. Don't worry and just follow the easy step-by-step instructions in our Quick star guide and you will be done in 5 minutes.
After you login to your account, you will see a pending invitation to connect from a company that invited you to join CargoX Platform. Now it is time to do the due diligence and verify company's details. If you know this company, and if details (contact person, email, phone number) match, accept the connection. Details here.
3. Take if from there
You can now exchange documents with the company you just connected with.
Suggested next steps are:
- Review your profile, and complete your personal details. You can add your avatar photo, phone number, and other info like your department, your position etc. and view your permissions on the platform (Account | My profile)
- Review company's profile, and add contact details and a company logo (Manage | Company details)
- Create additional accounts for your colleagues (Manage | Users)
- Connect with other companies on the CargoX Platform, which will allow you to exchange documents with them (Manage | Contacts)
